Unwind is a community space dedicated to self care coping & unwinding. As someone who has battled with depression, and other mental health struggles, the work that LoveCass is doing is so vital.

lovecass is a 501c(3) nonprofit created in loving memory of cassidy flood. loveCass exists as a nonprofit that raises money to support and fund free local mental health programs and activities in the hudson valley for mental health awareness.
